- I cannot login after signing up?
- Make sure your account has been activated, and if yes make
sure you are typing the right password, and the caps lock
is not ON.
- I didn't recieve my activation mail, what do I do?
- Activation mails should reach you in 5 minutes after signing
up, if you still dont recieve the mail, there just may be a slow connection and may take upto half an
hour to reach you. You may also want to check your spam filters
or bulk folder. If still you do not receive the mail, please
contact us.

- You must already have a website, blog, etc.
You will also need to have a valid e-mail address, without

- Can I access my new domain with or without the www.?
- Yes.
- Is this service really free?
- Yes.
- What is Cloaked Redirection?
- Cloaked Redirection means that your visitor will only see
your new Ri domain!Even when browsing your own
site, our domain will come with cloaked redirection.
- Can I signup for more than one account?
- Yes, you can sign up for as many domains as you want. Simply search for your new domain and sign up again.
- Can I use Ri, for an affiliate Link?
- Yes.

- Make sure your target url looks something like this: http://mydomain.com or http://www.mydomain.in (or whatever your extension is). Make sure your target url is correct.
- How long will my new Ri domain last?
- You can keep your domain for life. We retain the right
to terminate your domain under certain circumstances, such
as for misuse or extended lack of use. Please read our Terms
and conditions for more details.
- Can I submit my new domain to search engines?
- Yes. In order for search engines to recognise your site
you will need to fill in the 'About your site' section fully
at the signup page or login later to change these details.
The relevant parts are: Title, Description, Keywords, Category,
Revisit and Robots.
